Via terror plot suspects ‘motivated by Islamic extremism,’ trial hears

Two men accused of planning a terrorist attack on a passenger train travelling between Canada and the U.S. were motivated by Islamic extremism and spent months plotting to murder as many people as they could, their trial heard on Monday.

Raed Jaser and Chiheb Esseghaier both face multiple charges in the alleged Via Rail plot. Not-guilty pleas have been entered for both of them.

On the first day of the trial, Crown lawyer Croft Michaelson said the pair made up a terrorist group operating in Canada in 2012.

“Mr. Esseghaier and Mr. Jaser, motivated by Islamic extremism, agreed that they would murder persons to instil fear in the community,” Michaelson said in his opening remarks.

“They did this so that Canadians and Americans would remove their troops from Muslim lands.”
Esseghaier, a Tunisian national who was doing doctoral research on nanosensors in Quebec, travelled to Iran in early 2012 and met with people who were, in his words, “carrying out jihad for the sake of Allah,” Michaelson said.

“Mr. Esseghaier returned to Canada intent on establishing a terrorist cell to facilitate and carry out terrorist acts in Canada,” he said.

Jaser, a permanent resident of Palestinian descent, got involved with Esseghaier and wanted to “conduct multiple missions so people in Canada would realize they would not be safe until they left the lands overseas,” Michaelson said.

An undercover FBI officer, however, was able to gain the pair’s trust, which was how conversations about the men’s plans were recorded, forming crucial evidence in the case.
The undercover officer, posing as a wealthy businessman involved in real estate, first met Esseghaier in June 2012 on a flight to California.

That officer testified Monday afternoon that the relationship he built with Esseghaier led to the man calling him one of his brothers.

A conversation that took place at Esseghaier’s apartment was played for the trial, in which he spoke about his time in Iran and “a Palestinian friend” in Toronto – a reference to Jaser – who was “in the jihad truly,” court heard.
“Him and I, we have projects together,” Esseghaier said in Arabic in the intercepted conversation.
One project was the alleged attack on a train between New York and Toronto.

“Mr. Esseghaier explained that their plan was to make a five-to-six-metre hole in a railway bridge, which would cause a ‘big accident,’ ” Michaelson said. “He said it was to be executed in December.”

Part of the plan was also a video, which would be posted online to deliver a message after the attack that “it’s just the beginning, if you don’t get out of our land we will do more,” Michaelson said.

The undercover officer was introduced to Jaser by Esseghaier and got involved in their plans, Michaelson said, at which point more conversations were intercepted.

“Mr. Jaser stated that he could care less who dies. He said that everyone is a target,” Michaelson said.

Jaser also told the undercover officer of a “long-term” plan to use a sniper to target leaders in Canada, he added.

Jaser and Esseghaier took trips to at least two railway bridges as they plotted their attack and determined the ideal location would be a bridge on the eastern edge of Toronto.

At one point, however, Jaser became concerned about the impact their attack would have, court heard.

“Jaser said that it seemed like too much work for a small result. He indicated that the train plot would result in the killing of a few ‘sheep,’ ” Michaelson said. “He said, ‘We don’t want the sheep. We want the wolf.’ ”

In late September, 2012, during a scouting trip to a bridge, the pair’s plot started to unravel when they were approached by uniformed police officers who questioned them and took down their identification information, court heard.

It was at that point that Jaser explained he didn’t want to get caught because he wanted to “continuously fight.”

Esseghaier, who was angry at Jaser for abandoning the train plan, remained intent on carrying out the plot, court heard, and sought to reach out to his contacts overseas while trying to recruit others in Canada to join him.

Jaser and Esseghaier were arrested in April, 2013.

Apostasy in the Final Days

There is an unprecedented event which will happen in the very near future. That event is the Rapture of the Ekklesia (the called out body of Christ) and every Christian should be listening in anticipation for our Lord to call us all Home. Can you imagine the joy of being snatched away from this sin-filled world and being in the presence of Jesus? What a wonder that will be! Until then we live in a fallen world with all of its struggles and strife. Though we don't know what day the Rapture will happen, we can see the signs of its approach. One of those signs is apostasy, or falling away. "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" 2 Thessalonians 2:3. "Falling away" is translated from the Greek word "apostasia". According to Strong's Concordance it means "a falling away, defection, apostasy". When you look around at the various congregations do you see any apostasy? How about in your own congregation? There is a huge falling away - apostasy - from the pure truth of God.

Apostasy is a fact and sadly it is now in full swing. What exactly is apostasy? Any deviation from God's word is apostasy, and in these last days apostasy is running rampant. Homosexual bishops, woman preachers, New Age, emerging church, yoga, contemplative prayer, replacement theology...the list is long. None of these doctrines are Biblical, but they are seeping into our congregations. These doctrines are entering through the teaching of preachers who try to make Christianity more "user friendly", or should I say "seeker friendly". The goal is to keep the congregation happy no matter what heresy is embraced. "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." 2 Timothy 4:3-4. The congregation doesn't want to hear that they are doing anything wrong, so they won't stand for listening to God's truth. Rather than standing firm on the word of God, the man in the pulpit makes life easy for the flock. He waters down God's word so as not to step on any toes. He preaches to the itching ears of the congregation and apostasy reigns.

The fact of the matter is our foundation must be built on Jesus Christ. God's Word must be the final authority in all matters and it must rule our life. As folks move away from sound doctrine the false teachers are able to change God's truth into doctrines of devils, and so the apostasy begins. "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;" 1 Timothy 4:1. We are living in the "latter times", and rather than heed Scripture, people want to do what is right in their own eyes. We can see that apostasy has a firm hold on many people.

This falling away also comes by the false teaching that all religious groups worship the same god. Well, Christianity worships one God in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The others follow the doctrines of devils. There is a movement which is adding to the apostasy. Some religious leaders are trying to unite all religions into one group. Christians cannot unite with any other faith or we lose our foundation. Salvation is through Christ and Christ alone. Do you think that a Muslim would ever pray in the name of Jesus? Do you think a Jehovah's Witness will ever confess the deity of Christ? "Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able." Luke 13:23-24. There is no room for false teaching when it comes to salvation. Christians know that there is no other way of salvation except through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" John 14:6. Don't be among those who are apostate; don't fall away. Follow the strait road and do not waver. There is no other way to come unto the Father but through Jesus.

False prophets who lead the gullible down the broad road to destruction aren't new. Jesus gave a warning to be on the lookout for these wicked ones. "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." Matthew 7:15. Jesus said that there will be teachers (false prophets) who seem to be learned in God's word and will be accepted by many people as teaching biblical truth. Although their words will appear to be sound and correct, these deceivers will actually be ravening wolves (emissaries of Satan). Because of their convincing style, their ability to present themselves in a good light, and their seemingly truthful message, they will lead many down the treacherous path of apostasy. Not everyone who writes a book or stands in the pulpit speaks God's truth. "They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate." Titus 1:16. The false teachers/false prophets are quite adept in leading the sheep who don't know their Bible into apostasy. Although their deceptions may rely heavily on the incessant use of the name "Jesus" it's all just a facade as there's no indwelling by the Holy Spirit. Does your pastor preach the true Gospel, or is it watered down so as not to step on toes? Avoid these ravening wolves by knowing for yourself what God's word teaches. Read it...study it...apply it to your life. There was a time when the Bible was not available to ordinary people. The power hungry, government controlled clergy wouldn't preach the truth. Today we have the blessing of God's word being readily available in most languages and in easily understood translations. There is no excuse for anyone to be led into apostasy. Amos tells us there will come a famine in the land (the whole earth), but it will be a famine of hearing the Word of God. "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it."

Amos 8:11-12. People will seek to hear God's truth, but they will be fed counterfeit lies, as the true Word of God will have gone missing. It isn't that God's word isn't available, they just hear apostate lies instead of the words of the Lord and they don't read and study on their own. Therefore it is easy for them to be lead down the broad road of apostasy and destruction. We are in those days.

As Jesus speaks of the apostasy that will be widespread in the last days, He describes the apostates themselves. "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?" Matthew 7:22. You might be asking yourself, "What's the problem?" It seems as if these zealots did everything correct, right? Did they not declare the name of Jesus in all their activities? They prophesied, cast out demons, and did many other wonderful works in His name. They're active, they're persuasive, and they're adept at convincing the masses of their spirituality simply by evoking the name of our Lord. So what's the problem? Just this, He (Jesus Christ) is not their Lord. Satan is able perform pseudo-miracles and wonders, and the apostates will be in league with him. "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." 1 John 4:1. If you know the Scripture these purveyors of lies/false doctrines will not be able to deceive you or lead you into apostasy. They may speak of Jesus as if they know Him but Jesus Himself says "And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Matthew 7:23. Even though these folks are apparently successful in casting out demons, make prophetic predictions, and achieve a level of wondrous signs, their doctrine was one of apostasy. The Holy Spirit is not indwelling them as they never truly believed in Messiah Jesus. They have helped many to fall away, and in these last days these false teachers are everywhere.

Study God's word, not seeker friendly drivel that leads to apostasy. "I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; preach the word; be instant in season, and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine." 2 Timothy 4:1-2. Paul's words to Timothy are as important today as they were so long ago. Instead of approving of every type of behavior we need to reprove. That means we bring into conviction things that go against God's word. If we see a Christian who is making choices that are not Biblical, rebuke that person. That means make them aware of their sin; use Scripture and love. Patiently urge the one who is falling away to get back on track. If that person has truly accepted Christ they will heed your words because those words will be of God. If they are merely "in name only" Christians, they will continue in their apostasy. Don't compromise God's word.

Time is short. The falling away is in full swing but it has to happen before the Rapture. Then the man of sin will be revealed and Daniel's 70th week will start sometime after that. Those who continue in their apostasy will not be a part of the Rapture because they were never truly a part of the Body of Christ. Only those who know Christ as their Saviour will follow Him on that strait road to eternal life. Turn away from the doctrine of devils and know that eternal life is yours because of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Don't be a part of the apostasy that is all around in these final days. Keep watching for the Lord to descend and the voice of the archangel to call you. "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18. I can hardly wait.

After a long hiatus, I've lately been working again on Measuring the Heavens, the sequel to Signs & Seasons.  MTH will expand on the concepts introduced in S&S, and will show how geometry and other mathematical methods are used in Classical Astronomy. Angles are measured in the sky to find the positions of the Sun, Moon, stars and planets, which enables accurate reckoning of time and navigation, along with just about scientific measurement.

US: No Decision Made on Lethal Military Aid to Kyiv

A pro-Russian separatist leader in eastern Ukraine has announced a "general mobilization" with the aim of bolstering separatist armed forces to as many as 100,000 fighters.

Alexander Zakharchenko, leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, was quoted by the separatist DAN news agency Monday as saying that "the enemy" – meaning the Ukrainian government – is increasing the number of its forces in the southern part of the Donetsk region, "likely for an attack," and that the mobilization was thus needed to "balance the situation."
He said the recruitment drive would start in 10 days and initially would seek volunteers.

Head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's republic Alexander Zakharchenko (C) is seen surrounded by bodyguards in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine.

Zakharchenko said plans call for combining the forces of the Donetsk republic with those in the neighboring self-declared Luhansk People's Republic, which would total roughly 100,000 fighters.
He also was quoted as saying he hoped the mobilization would make it possible to add at least five additional brigades – one tank, one artillery and three motorized infantry brigades – to the separatist forces by this spring.

He gave no indication where the military hardware to equip these forces would come from. Ukraine and Western governments say Russia has been sending weaponry and personnel into eastern Ukraine to back the separatists, a charge Moscow denies.

US hasn't decided on lethal aid

Meanwhile, the United States has not decided whether to provide Ukraine with lethal military assistance in its fight against the separatists, a State Department spokeswoman said Monday following a New York Times report that such aid was being considered.

Spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters at the department's daily briefing that there is an "ongoing discussion" but that no decisions had been made. The Times reported Sunday that the Obama administration is taking a "fresh look" at the question of military aid.

In December, Obama signed legislation authorizing $350 million in lethal and nonlethal military aid to Kyiv.

But a White House spokesman at the time said the president had misgivings about delivering such hardware – a move that many analysts said would be viewed by Russia as a major Western military provocation.

Psaki on Monday said Washington is particularly concerned about "escalating separatist violence" and the rebels' attempts to expand the territory they control beyond the cease-fire line agreed to last September in Minsk, Belarus. Fighting has raged in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, especially around the Ukrainian-controlled town of Debaltseve, since peace talks in Belarus between Ukraine's government and the separatists collapsed on Saturday.

"Naturally, we take into account events on the ground and events that are ongoing," Psaki said.

Intent on diplomatic, political solutions

She said that the focus remains finding a political and diplomatic solution and that the U.S. and its Western allies have no interest in engaging in a proxy war with Russia.

"Our objective here is to change the behavior of Russia," Psaki said. "That’s the reason why we’ve put the sanctions in place."

Economic sanctions remain the preferred tool for altering that behavior, Ben Rhodes, deputy White House national security adviser, told CNN later on Monday.

"We still think that the best way to influence Russia's calculus is through those economic sanctions that are biting deep into the Russian economy," Rhodes said in an interview with the news channel. "We don't think the answer to the crisis in Ukraine is simply to inject more weapons."

In addition to sanctions, the U.S. has provided more than $118 million in training and nonlethal assistance to help Ukraine.

The Times on Sunday quoted unidentified U.S. officials as saying three leaders  – Secretary of State John Kerry, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey and Susan Rice, President Barack Obama's national security adviser – were open to new discussions about providing lethal assistance to Ukrainian forces.

The Times said outgoing Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel already supported giving defensive weapons to the government forces, which Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko had asked for in November.

It also reported that an independent report being released Monday by eight former senior American officials, urging the United States to send $3 billion in defensive arms and equipment to Ukraine, is "fueling the broader debate" in Washington.

New approach urged

It's time for the U.S. to change its approach, Brookings Institution analyst Stephen Pifer told VOA. He was part of a group of U.S. foreign policy experts that met with government officials in Brussels and Ukraine, where they discussed the country’s need for lethal assistance.

The group recommended "that the U.S. government also change its policy, which currently provides only for nonlethal assistance," he said.

"The biggest Ukrainian requirement in that area is for light anti-armor weapons," Pifer said. "The Ukrainian stockpile of such weapons is at least 20 years old, and we were told that about three-quarters of those weapons simply do not work."

NATO official sees 'pattern'

NATO military commander General Philip Breedlove also supports providing the lethal assistance to Ukraine, The Times reported Sunday.

NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow said Monday what he called "Russia’s aggression against Ukraine" is not an isolated incident, but "a game-changer in European security" that "reflects an evolving pattern of behavior that has been emerging for several years.”
NATO must "stay united, stay firm and increase the costs to Russia of its aggression," Vershbow said in a speech to the Nobel Institute in Oslo.

Also Monday, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Germany will not provide weapons to Ukraine. Speaking in Budapest after meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Merkel said the conflict in Ukraine cannot be solved by military means.

Obama will host Merkel at the White House next Monday. An administration representative said the two leaders will discuss a range of issues, including Ukraine.
Kerry is scheduled to visit Kyiv on Thursday.

Obama pledges more pressure

Obama on Sunday said the Kremlin has not recognized it's in Russia's interests to resolve the issue over the long term.

He told CNN television that rebels are Russian-financed, Russian-trained and reliant on the Kremlin for military strategy. He said his administration will continue pressuring Moscow economically, while conveying to Russian President Vladimir Putin that diplomatic resolutions remain available.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Monday that Obama's "rhetoric" in his interview with CNN shows Washington intends to continue to "unreservedly support the Kyiv government," which, he said, has apparently decided to resolve the conflict through the use of military force.
The Ukraine conflict has killed more than 5,100 people since it erupted last April following Russia's annexation of the Crimean Peninsula.

On the ground

Ukraine authorities said Monday five soldiers had been killed in eastern Ukraine over the past day, while municipal authorities in Donetsk said 15 civilians had been killed there in the past few days.

Russia's Tass news agency on Monday quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying Putin is "extremely concerned" about the situation in eastern Ukraine and is calling for the two sides to halt the fighting.

Fighting has raged in the self-declared separatist regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, especially around the Ukrainian-held town of Debaltseve, since peace talks in Belarus  between Ukraine's government and the separatists collapsed on Saturday.

A statement from the trilateral contact group trying to advance the talks said rebel envoys were not prepared to discuss implementation of a cease-fire and withdrawal of heavy weapons.

Instead, contact group representatives from Russia, Ukraine and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe said rebel envoys wanted to revisit the now-failed Minsk agreement that laid the groundwork for a truce in September.

That cease-fire has been repeatedly violated and collapsed completely last week when rebels announced the start of a new offensive designed to expand their territory.

Set Up Single Inbox Folder For All Accounts In Outlook 2010/13

Undoubtedly, Outlook 2010 stands out when it comes to managing multiple email accounts, but it does not present any direct way to create a single Inbox folder, containing all mails from different email accounts. For example, if you want to view emails received from all configured email accounts including Yahoo Mai, Gmail, Hotmail etc., you cannot set a single folder for receiving or mirroring emails received in each email account. Fortunately, the Rules feature has the ability to set up a single folder for receiving mails from different email accounts. It allows you to set up a generic Inbox folder for receiving all mails in one folder. Thus, you don’t need to check each account for new emails manually since all emails will be collected in a single folder. In this post, we will create a simple rule that will direct all received emails to the specified folder.

Launch Outlook 2010 and from the left sidebar, select an account, right-click it and hit New Folder. From the Create New Folder dialog, enter an appropriate name and click OK.

John Nuttall, Amanda Korody planned a Canada Day bombing as 'terrorist cell,' says Crown

C'mon now- JAIL

The Crown alleges the B.C. couple accused of plotting to bomb the B.C. Legislature on Canada Day in 2013 wanted to kill people, and compared their plan to the Boston Marathon bombings and Sept. 11 attacks.
Amanda Korody and John Nuttall placed two pressure-cooker bombs in two places on the front lawn of the legislature in Victoria, said Crown counsel Peter Eccles in his opening arguments Monday.
They did this "for the benefit of their homegrown two-person terrorist cell," said Eccles.
"Two people can be a terrorist group. We don't say they are members of al-Qaeda. We don't need to prove that to prove they are terrorists," he said.
Nuttall and Korody, on trial before a jury in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver, have pleaded not guilty to charges of knowingly facilitating a terrorist activity, conspiracy and making or possessing an explosive device.
The pair, in their 30s, were arrested at their Surrey home in July 2013 after police seized the pressure-cooker bombs on the grounds of the legislature on Canada Day.

Same bomb type used at Boston Marathon: Crown

A jury heard the Crown describe its case against the couple, which is largely based on surveillance videos and wiretap conversations.
Over months, Nuttall got to know an undercover officer posing as "Mr. Abdul," an Arab businessman who was sympathetic to jihadist movements.
In June 2013, Nuttall gave the man a hand drawn diagram of a pressure cooker bomb downloaded from the same website used by the bombers at the Boston Marathon bombing, according to Eccles.
He told the officer he wanted to build a bigger and better one, because "Boston only killed eight people," according to the Crown.
The Crown alleges the pair bought supplies for the bomb at Canadian Tire, Home Depot and Walmart, and that they believed "Mr. Abdul" was adding C4 explosives.

Accused 'ensnared' by undercover police, defence says

Nuttall's lawyer, Marilyn Sanford, didn't dispute that he helped build the bombs at the Sundance Hotel in Delta, B.C., in June 2013.
But Sanford asked jurors not to jump to conclusions when they listen to wiretap conversations of Nuttall and Korody as they worked on the devices. She asked them to consider Nuttall's state of mind and level of sophistication.
She told the jury Nuttall was afraid what "Mr. Abdul" would do to them if they failed to make the bombs, and that they might end up "in cement galoshes at the bottom of the ocean."
Korody's lawyer, Mark Jette, said his client was ensnared by a police undercover operation.
He said she was sick at critical times during the alleged plot. She was vomiting frequently and on methadone for her drug addiction, said Jette.

My son is innocent, mother says

Outside court, Nuttall's mother, Maureen Smith, told reporters her son and his girlfriend were being made an example of by the federal government.
"The Canadian government wants everyone so they can have more control over the people and say, 'Oh look, we're doing our job, look at these terrorists,'" said Smith.
She described Nuttall and Korody as "very genuine" with "serious disabilities."
"They're two of the sweetest people you could ever meet in your life," she said.
The trial is expected to last several weeks.
Many details of the allegations against Korody and Nuttall are covered by a publication ban.

Well Happy Ground Hog Day....hope you Catch One.

Serving: 6 servings (unless my brother there in which case you need another Hog)

Ingredients

1 (5 to 6 pound) groundhog, cut into 6 serving pieces
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 3/4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
3/4 stick unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon size pieces
2 1/2 cups dry white wine
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup whole grain mustard, for seasoning

Directions:
  1. Rinse the groundhog pieces, remove any fat, and cut out the glands underneath the front legs and armpits, then pat the meat dry. Season with 1 tablespoon Kosher salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet, then brown the meat, in batches. This will take about 5 minutes per batch. Transfer the meat to a medium heavy pot. Reserve the skillet.
  3. Add the broth to the pot.
  4. Pour off any fat from skillet, then add the onions, garlic, thyme, and 3 tablespoons butter and cook over medium heat, stirring and scraping up any brown bits, until onions are softened. This will take about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the wine and boil until the liquid is reduced by half. This will take about 8 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture over the groundhog. Cover the pot and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Braise the groundhog until it is very tender. This will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  7. Transfer the groundhog to a serving dish and keep warm.
  8. Bring the liquid in the pot to a boil and reduce it to about 3 cups. This will take about 10 minutes. Whisk in the mustards. Remove the pan from the heat and add the remaining 3 tablespoons butter, swirling the pot until incorporated. Season sauce with salt and pepper and pour over the groundhog.
Personally, I just put him on a spit and BBQ slowly. Matter of taste I suppose. I don't need the fancy, dancy spices, couple of squirts of BBQ sauce for me!

And I have a video to skin these you need it, but a good gut-hook on your knife will do just as well.

INTRODUCTION
Whenever a Department of Defense employee or contractor requires access to
classified national security information, the individual must be granted a security
clearance at the proper level to access that information. A security clearance is
a determination that a person is able and willing to safeguard classified national
security information. The three security clearance levels are: Confidential, Secret,
and Top Secret.
A prerequisite for accessing classified national security information is completion
and favorable adjudication of a background investigation.
The investigation is noncriminal and covers a defined period of normally no more
than the last 10 years. The information collected must be sufficient to allow an
affirmative or negative determination of a person’s eligibility for access to classified
information and suitability for employment.
The adjudicative process is the careful weighing of a number of variables known as
the “whole person concept.” Available, reliable information about the individual, past
and present, favorable and unfavorable, is considered in reaching a determination
of eligibility. Eligibility for access is granted only where facts and circumstances
indicate that access to classified information is consistent with the national security
interests of the United States.

He also expressed concern about the recent escalation of violence in the country. “We are very much concerned about the situation and also by the continued support of Russia to the separatists,” the Secretary General said.
